Staff give advice on sizing over phone, delivered very fast and well packaged. If your item not in stock they contact you to see if you want an alternative. Refunds and returns process very quick.
To improve customer satisfaction the stock availability shown on the website should reflect what is actually available as a couple of times I have ordered what looks available and then they call me to say it is not.
