I booked on for a BBL Hero treatment to help tackle my rosacea and, as I've hardly had any treatments before, I was a bit nervous and apprehensive beforehand. I needn't have worried though. Everything from the treatment to the service, was brilliant. Freya was very calm, kind and professional and talked me through the whole process. Afterwards, she used oxygen to cool down my face as I had told her I had an event that evening. A few weeks on, my skin looks better than ever and I'm really pleased with the results. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
