Totally different than anything I've ever tried. I'm 45 and got off heroin and cocaine 20 years ago through AA. I stopped going to meetings after a year or so, bc I had zero desire to do drugs ever again and didn't believe I was an alcoholic. I drank occasionally without problems for years, but about three years ago I started losing control. I've tried all the ways of limiting it without success. I looked up AA meetings a hundred times but knew that's not what I needed. I'm so thankful I found Craig's book on Amazon which led me to his website and program. By Day 4 I was driving by liquor stores and flipping them off! The mind-shift is freaking awesome. My kids and husband have the best version of me for the first time in years. Thank you Craig!
