I am always a little sceptical about special claims attached to sports nutrition. I am pretty content to find a gel that is a) palatable b) doesn't cause gut upset c) doesn't cause a sticky mess if I spill any. The GEL- Nitro 30 does all of that plus I feel like a it slows down the impending fatigue that accumulates after hour 2-3. I tend to take a Mix 90 plus water plus and then a Gel after 90 mins then one every 45 mins after that plus water. Recently completed 5 hour upper zone 2/zone 3 ride and felt really strong in the last hour..... usually clinging on at that stage. I'm totally sold
