I had been told about the product from some people in the community so wanted to give it a try. I put in a decent sized order which was delivered to my house by one of the carriers, photographed in my porch. Unfortunately someone decided to take the package from my porch (they stole it) as I was working in the office when it was delivered.
I told the team at Styrkr about the situation and they were awesome. I've very recently had an issue with a different organisation and a faulty product where they asked me to photograph and video the defective product as well as provide obscene amounts of information which felt like I was on trial, it's taken weeks to get anywhere near a resolution. The Styrkr team were helpful, friendly and after some explanation credited me with the cost of my order in the form of a gift card. I've immediately re-ordered (with some delivery controls in place), spent more cash and will, 100% be a customer for the foreseeable the fuel my various challenges this year due to how the handled a situation that wasn't their fault.
Stuff like this happens so infrequently but is the absolute hallmark of a top, customer centric organisation hat should be celebrated and supported. Looking forward to finally trying the product.
