A rather disappointing service to be honest. I needed a replacement brake cable for my 4 wheel push trolley but you don't do just a cable, only a complete cable and brake set. The cable / brake kit was out of stock though and nobody replied when I emailed to ask when it might be back in stock. A few weeks later I checked and found it was back in stock so I ordered it and it arrived safely. However, the base plate for the bottom of the trolley where the brake is is a different size and shape from the old one so does not fit as it hits the wheel! Fortunately I only needed a new cable so I have fitted this and all seems OK. Problem solved but it would be a lot better if one could buy just a brake cable on its own. Thank you
