Ordering process was straightforward and made you feel care would be taken to get you the right product (replacement stand bag legs). Paying was straightforward but after that I received no further communication, I checked my junk folder etc to no avail, no acknowledgement and no dispatch advice. I did check on the site a few days later and it said they'd been dispatched but no idea when the would arrive. All that said they dud arrive, well packaged and exactly right. Easy to fit they do the job perfectly.
