I ordered two tie and pocket squares from swagger and swoon . Unfortunately we decided the colour was just too bright for the suit . I corresponded with customer service and was advised I could return for exchange or refund. we chose another colour . Unfortunately my OH didn t like the second colour … but Swagger and Swoon said No Problem and I was able to return for a full refund which was processed promptly. Very impressed with the customer service and will certainly recommend to my friends 😁
