I spoke to Swegwaysplus prior to buying from them. They offer cash on delivery, so I ordered online and the Swegway came super fast, I paid cash to the driver so got to see the product before I paid for it. Now we have a happy 11 year old, great customer service and great product. Highly recommended :)
