Ordering online was easy enough. Had some problems with delivery although this was the fault of the carrier UPS who eventually delivered on time. As I needed the item quickly I contacted Swegwaysplus owner on his mobile and to be fair, he made valiant efforts to sort the issue out with UPS. Happy with the product so far.
