I received a quotation very promptly and after a site visit was given a detailed proposal, with alternatives. Their engineer, Dave, was very patient in explaining to me the problem and solutions. The office kept me informed of progress and appointment times by phone, email and by text. The engineers arrived and explained what they would be doing with an estimate of how long it would take. They were polite and professional. They took away all the removed parts and left the garage just as they found it.
