Overall Tailster seems to provide a good service. What I like about their business model is that they keep an eye on your activities and correspondence with animal sitters and intervene as required. The money is withheld by them until the animal sitter services are completed to your satisfaction. We also had a positive experience with the cat sitter we used and would use her again. The website and app could be improved, and a wider selection of available animal sitters with a more comprehensive history of recommendations (from a wider audience of users) would be better.
