Talos are very on the ball with any request that we ask as an internal TA function and I actually feel like they are an extension of our team and we work together as opposed to it being a transactional relationship. If there are any challenges or changes in a process, communication is fair and timely and we then work together to ensure that we are both happy with the working relationship moving forward.
