Some products that are being sold in the company need to list in the product details section the type of battery the product uses and how many batteries will the product need to use to function. Sometimes, customer service does not respond to my message about a product question, and I have to constantly message customer service about a product question because they forgot to respond to my messages when 3 business days or more have passed. And, let customers know what they will receive in their online order by mail. For example, the customer will get the 4-Piece Car Back Seat Headrest Hook Set bagged in a transparent plastic bag inside the package without the original product packaging and no instruction manual.
