I bought this air fryer a few months back. It stopped working. I reached out to the company. They mentioned my warranty was only good for thirty day's. They said I didn't purchase a warranty, but I double checked. They don't offer a warranty to purchase. I reached out to PowerXL as well, and because they're not a sister store they work with, there was nothing they could do. I reached out to Tanga after figuring out there was no warranty to purchase, and demanded they give me a new one. They have me a free credit for this one. I'm happy they're sending me a new one, because this saves me time and money. Having an air fryer as a single parent is a life saver.
