I have used this company twice before and been delighted with the service and products. However I ordered decaffeinated chai and one other item for my pregnant daughter and she instead received the one other item and a bottle of alcoholic syrup. Despite emailing on two occasions ( with a copy of the order and incorrect invoice) I have received no reply and my daughter has still not received her decaffeinated chai.
So sadly, despite amazing tea and a previous good experience, I would now be wary of using their service again.
