I wrote a review below, where I mentioned an incorrect order and no response to my email. I have today received a response asking if my daughter has received her replacement and after checking specifically with my daughter she informed me that she had received the replacement last week.
She is delighted with the decaffeinated chai which means she doesn’t have to restrict her tea drinking during pregnancy!
Although there was no initial reply to my email , action was obviously taken on it’s receipt for which I am very grateful.
