I recently completed the 200-hour online course and it has given me the confidence to get out there and do some teaching. I found the methodolgy module the most challenging - coming across things I had never considered before. There are plenty of classroom demonstration videos and (just for fun!) quizzes throughout that all help to reinforce what is being taught. There was no time during the course that I thought there was a lack of support - whether related directly to the coursework or with any technical issues (the latter were at my end!). Overall, I found the course to be well worth the money and time spent, and I would recommend it to anyone who is considering teaching English as a foreign language.
