Telephone questions answered promptly - no call centre or voice systems, thank heavens.
Courses well delivered - everyone comes across genuinely, rough edges included which is a good thing as it reflects reality. I would possibly update the one course on telephone learning as none uses just phone.
My main concern is with after care. The blog has key questions on jobs for example all unanswered. I think the usp for TEFL.org should include testimonials on finding work afterwards as that's the whole point.
Some of the online job postings are highly questionable when you go on to read Glassdoor and other reviews.
Better to have testimonials from where your graduates actually ended up and post their company details.
Overall very satisfied with my course and achievement. It's been something I wanted to do for many years.
