Ordered a stone island jumper which turned up with a stone island junior badge. Complained to tessuti who offered an insulting 10% refund as way of an apology, the thing looked like a bad copy with the wrong badge, £18.50 off £185 for a bad copy...which they later changed to 10% off my next purchase for some strange reason
Refused to send the correct badge to rectify the issue, it would have taken a first class stamp to sort out but it shows just how little they care for customer satisfaction...stay away from this firm
