we booked a fire service the engineer came out striped the fir looked at the marble fire surround decided as to his opinion it wasn't sealed to the wall he did not do a smoke test or air flow just turned the gas of and left a 70 year old pensioner with no room heat and no offer of rectification since then two gas service engineers have inspected and properly tested and now i have a perfect working fire it seems all this guy wanted was to upsell a new fire for £1200 will not recommend this company
