From first going to the Bolton store and meeting Donna, the service we got was first class. She was so helpful and answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble. We had our log fire and surround fitted on 23rd Dec by Steve and Tony. Again they were great fitters and paid attention to every little detail. They worked very cleanly and never stopped all day. They gave us great advice especially in fitting the flue and cowls on the chimney stack. The weather was really wet and windy but he just got on with the job. The fire looks really great and they left after cleaning up after themselves, leaving behind no mess for us to do. Two great guys, who did an excellent job in a great manner and work ethos - making it a pleasure to have them in our home.
