When all was lost as we purchased an HE Logic Westminster balanced flu fire to fit with our existing mahogany fireplace we found the fire became too hot for the surround to cope with and as a result, scorching was noticeable. We contacted Gazco the fire manufacturer but was left unhelped. We then contacted Fireplace Warehouse from where we originally purchased the fire. Mick immediately came to the rescue by offering an alternative stone fireplace fitted to replace our mahogany one. We were a little sceptical at first but now having seen the end results we could not be more pleased. The help and assistance we received was second to none. I would strongly recommend Fireplace Warehouse for their care, attention and expert fitting of the new surround. Full marks.
