We visited the Burnely shop just as the restrictions were being eased. We had been in other fireplace shops but can stress how helpful they were at Fireplace Warehouse. My daughter wanted a new firepace for her new house but was really indecisive as she had never bought before. The shop manager, Neil, really helped her in making a decision and was friendly, helpful & not at all pushy like the other fireplace shops that we had visited that day. She bought an ex-display electric fireplace that was half price that looked like it had a scratch on the top. Neil had a look and within 2 minutes had buffed it out. There were no instructions for what looked like a complicated remote control but he sourced them & printed some off in colour for my daughter We were so impressed that Daughter #2 who is getting her new home in September, has insisted that we come back to see Neil & now that the first fireplace has been fitted, my hubby has decided that ours needs replacing too. Overall, this was an extremely pleasurable shopping experience & we have no hesitation going back to this friendly & honest company. A jewel in the crown that she dont see very nuch of anymore
