Mike at the Hazel Grove branch was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable and friendly. We did shop around but no-where else came close to matching their price for a Pure Vision PVi5 wood burner, sandstone and granite surround. There was a delay with delivery, but this was with the manufacturer and not the fault of Fireplace Warehouse, a few emails, a phone call and all was swiftly dealt with by Mick. The installer was flexible with a phased installation - chimney liner and pot install/capping off existing gas supply, followed a few weeks later (as we re-plastered and decorated the room) with the wood burner and surround. From start to finish our experience and dealings with the Hazel Grove team has been exceptional. We are delighted with our new wood burner and surround and look forward to many a cosy evening in front of it. Thank you.
