The gifts ordered were not as advertised in the first instance - Gift mugs were wrongly printed and despite obviously being a silver wedding present, they were inappropriately wrapped in black wrapping paper.
On contacting the suppliers, they agreed to replace the misprinted mug at no extra cost so I was eventually well satisfied. Good job I'd left plenty of time before the actual silver wedding date,
