How to describe The Handle Studio - quality products & customer service in one word - OUTSTANDING Reviews sometimes mean very little, or to some - they are a major boost to the wellbeing of the persons involved and or included. My experience with The Handle Studio goes well above and beyond all expectations. My wife took so long to decide on handles and knobs for our new kitchen, but with the added help of communications with Dorothy, by emails, pictures and telephone calls - the help was tremendous!!!.....culminating on a order....EVENTUALLY To make matters difficult for us - we live in France, but due to Brexit and like so many other companies, there is no longer an easy shipping avenue across to us, so we relented and had the product shipped to a family member who forwarded the package to us. Due to the Christmas break - the package finally arrived in our hands.....Woopee!!!!!.......except......... the knobs were not as we ordered........ Quickly on the phone to Dorothy and she was full of the joys we had eventually recieved the packet - then the bombshell.......Wrong item*******. A quick email showing the wrongly packed product - she was then on the phone saying they would send IMMEDIATELY .......... This is what customer service is about.......Not a huge monetary value to the company - but a huge respect for customers and their wants and needs. For anyone wanting a quality product from a company who puts customers before all........think of The Handle Studio - you will not be disappointed......
