Ordered 03/03/2024, it’s now 28/03 and still no sign of my order. Order confirmation email does state that there might be a delay on Royal Mail’s end so allowed for that. Emailed after it’d been long enough, got no reply, no updates about the whereabouts of my order and when I could expect it. Royal Mail don’t seem to be having problems delivering all my other mail so… wouldn’t order from here again. Also no mail tracking details for the order either which doesn’t help.
