I enrolled in the TFEL Level 5 course as I like to challenge myself. Being an English Home Language teacher, teaching kids who are not home language speakers present challenges every day. I thought that I would gain some insight as to how to approach certain activities. Some of my students enter high school with a limited knowledge of English and they have to pass it on home language level. I found the course very interesting and inspiring. I got some very useful tips and examples on a variety of topics. I found the course very helpful and feedback was efficient and insightful. Responses were quick and I experienced the course as motivational and positive. Criticism was positive and encouraging. I would recommend this course as it now opens new doors for me which I can explore.
