I found this course to be very helpful. It's not just about reading and understanding, I found the course very practical as the methods used can be applied in the classroom as teacher or specifically an ESL. There are many useful tips and suggestions mentioned throughout the course. As someone who is studying towards a B. ED degree I found the TEFL course valuable to obtaining my teaching degree. The information given is not tedious as you will find it very interactive and interesting. With regards to assignments and end of unit tests, as mentioned throughout the course, you are being tested on your understanding and not merely repeating the information but applying it.
