From the beginning when we had our first initial conversation about affordability and understanding of how it all works, Jack has been informative to both myself and my partner. He’s given us great advice and never made us feel pressured into going ahead with TML or made us feel like we were having to commit to anything. He’s always been by the phone if we’ve needed anything and always been happy to help. As first time buyers he’s given us a great experience from the start and which we are forever grateful for. We’ve had a long and stressful buying process which Jack has helped support and do anything he can to make it that little bit easier.
