Shipping took way too long but the products are excellent! The website could use an updated format for mobile users but was easy enough to use to accomplish the purchase. Other than this brief interaction asking about a review and offering rewards points, I can't speak too much about the integrity of the company or service they provide. This is my first purchase from them, however, based on the product I received and the comfort it provides, I will be purchasing additional products from them!
