Very pleased with the shoes and belt I purchased from Thomas Bird and will consider them again for future shoes and belt purchase. The shipping was through DHL who I've only ever had great experiences with. Tracking on the package was quite detailed. I live in the Northeast US - the items shipped from Birmingham in the UK and it only took several days to reach me. The shoes and belt were shipped in individual cloth bags inside the package from Thomas Bird itself. Definitely a level above in terms of quality and attention to detail.
