THIEFS !! Chor! No transparency at all, No explanations of charges they ask you to pay. Pathetic customer service, its the customer who has to run behind them, no decency to even call back or respond to emails. I have until now spent 1100£ on my tickets and still keep paying them. I paid 463£ as the fare difference for rescheduling my flight (after already paying them 1100£), and they suggested me to take a voucher which will be of the same value as my flight. When the voucher came, I checked with the airline directly and the value of the voucher is only 119£. How on earth the value of the voucher be less than the fare difference I paid? I have asked them for explanation over email, but they are smart people, they do not at ALL respond to emails but only calls. I am going to raise a formal complaint once I reach UK, to let them know that they can not harras and fool customers as they please.
