I used to use this agency for booking my travel, alway had smooth process as my flights never got cancelled.
This agency showed their original face when my ticket got cancelled by the airline at the time of pandemic. They charged unethically £50 per tickets while the airlines refunded the full amount. Even they have their policy that they will refund the amount if flight gets cancelled by airline. Guys If you don’t wants to get cheated in your difficult time, please DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.
