Bad experience
I booked two tickets for India together same day. The airline cancelled the flight. I confirmed with the airline about refund issued to TTI but I received refund for one ticket after 8 months and they deducted £15 from refund.
After chasing up for second ticket refund, today (after 13 months), they have agreed to issue refund but again(£15) deduction will apply.
Please Please DON'T FOOL YOURSELF TO BE THEIR CUSTOMER
