They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with - not just travel companies, but all round.
Their customer service approach is to make customers feel as though they are in the wrong when customers ask questions or call to clarify anything. This has been my experience on so many occasions (I have not booked with them, but often manage my parents' bookings and also overhear how they speak to them). I cannot understand why their attitude has not changed over the years.
