Stay away from this unprofessional agent. They found the current pandemic situation as a perfect opportunity to charge admin fees to their clients when they are not entitled to charge such fees under their own T&C's. This looks even worse when they themselves emailed the customers confirming they will receive full refund and advised not to request a 'chargeback'. When I pointed this out I didn't get a response from their refund team. When I call or chat online they direct me to their refund team again. A complete shambolic service. So now I'm going to take legal action. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, stay away!
