The plumber unexpectedly moved up the date for a showerroom re-fit, so I needed tiles urgently. Ordered online from Tile Warehouse, who delivered exactly the tiles I needed the very next day. Some tiles were broken on opening, and lovely Alexandros in Customer Services immediately re-orderd replacements for delivery next working day. We couldn't be happier with the result and the customer service that ensured the job got finished on schedule. We're happy, the bathroom fitter was happy, and Tile Warehouse and Alexandros should be very pleased with themselves. Good job all 'round!
