Your customer service/support team is excellent, A+! Had some issues with our local postage/forwarder during the first order, which your team was very accommodating to assist in rectifying. So grateful that I had to place another (even bigger) order, cos' it was nice to experience a team that is passionate about the service to their overseas customers.
