Feedback works fine, the client can constantly get all the information about the status of the transportation. Very reliable and dependable car was delivered in perfect condition right on time would highly recommend. I have done this before & they are the Best. Once I got a driver assigned I could talk to a real person and the drivers always responded. You must be patient. Driver was easy to reach to get details of drop-off. He even looked up the address to see if he could make the drive in. Decided he couldn’t and met me at another location and followed me with the car. Thank you! Will use again in the future!
