Overall good quality meat. Can taste the difference compared to local butchers. Releases hardly any water when you cook it (suggesting they're not falsely inflating the weight by injecting water into meat like other butchers). Courier is DPD, reliable and good trackign updates. Leave on doorstep if you're not in and well packed with an abundance of ice packs. We continue to use.
