The customer service is very good, with calls being answered swiftly and the call handler either providing the information immediately or reverting in short order.
Thus far my experience of Saffron Alley has been very positive. The quality of the meat ordered has been excellent, with my specific requests for cutting steaks etc having been accommodated and the meat delivered when requested.
