Very easy site to order from, plenty of information about the products. I ordered a high back carver with arms for my husband. The lead in time was quite long but well worth the wait. The chair arrived before the suggested delivery date. I was kept informed, from order to delivery, of the progress of my order. I had a 9-12 delivery slot and received a call when the courier was 20 minues away. Delivered by a friendly and polite courier. The chair is beautul, well made, great quality and a good price for what it is. My husband says that it is very comfortable and supports him well. Very pleased indeed
