What a wonderful company. Good old fashioned service. I ordered bibs for my grandsons - the third order I have placed as the bibs are the best I have found anywhere. Unfortunately they only had one of a particular design in stock where I had ordered two. Not only did I receive an email, which I missed, but also a telephone call (yes an actual real person taking the trouble to pick up the phone!) explaining the situation and asking what I would like instead. During the conversation I happened to mention that my daughter had twins which is why I needed two of the same design. When my daughter received the bibs today they had included a free gift of two dribble bibs obviously remembering that I had mentioned twins. I can not rate this company highly enough. Excellent products and exemplary service.
