Do not have stock, just use manufacturers. Not good at Customer Service when things go wrong. Ordered (Friday) an Impey Wetguard system, telephoned to check it was in stock and would be delivered the next working day (Monday), Trade WetRooms confirmed delivery on Monday. Requested Courier/Tracking information, advised its not available, amazed 👎. Courier arrived on Monday, only 4 of 6 boxes on the delivery, didn't know where the rest were, advised to contact Trade Wetrooms. Contacted Trade WetRooms, they didn't know what was in each of the missing packages, even though advised it was packages 5 & 6, advised it was the manufacturers issue. Completed inventory and advised missing products. The next day (Tuesday), Trade Wet Rooms advised it should arrive by 12:30, and to recontact if it didn't arrive. At 13:45 no delivery, advised Trade Wet Rooms, finally delivered after 14:00. The amazing occurrence, is that although no Courier / Tracking infomation was available, Trade WetRooms knew within minutes that the delivery had been completed ☹. Asked for refund of the high delivery charges, or a Cusomer Service gesture for wasting 2-days, Trade Wetrooms refused. Have now placed next order elsewhere and found no delivery charges. How important is your time 👎👎
