Excellent service for a well received gift. I have been very impressed with the whole service. Obviously the gift was to mark a very important milestone occasion. The method of delivery and packaging detail was well described. I was kept up to date prior to delivery. I paid for named day delivery and it did indeed arrive within the hour specified. Because of the time of year I ordered it, the rose arrived in a fairly dormant state but with shoots ready to start growing. I haven’t seen the bloom yet but that’s something to look forward to. My parents were very pleased with their gift.
