I was very wary when contacted out of the blue but after some conversation back and forth and some research, I realised they were a real company! My contact was Marta - who was very professional, eloquent and explained how everything worked. These things take time (especially in the middle of Covid) but I knew I could trust Marta to sort everything out properly and legally on behalf of my late relative, and she did.
