The person I spoke with came across as very snappy and rushed the conversations. I arranged to view the venue myself. I didn't actually receive any help from wedding savings. The only positive is the prices are great and the website is quite informative and does label clearly what you get with each package. The staff on the other hand I'm not quite sure what they are needed for.
