They have stolen my parcel the contents of which cost £200 and just keep saying to me contact the source you bought the item from. How is this allowed??!!
I am beyond furious!!
They posted a card through my door while i was home but did not knock on the door to try and deliver the parcel they then wrote on the card that they have dropped it off at a shop near to my house that i did not ask for it to be dropoed off at and they blatantly have not. I have called the shop and been in and they have never had my parcel dropped off there.
